The Space
Located next to the Palmer Coolum Resort golf course, you are only a 5 minute drive to stunning beaches, Mt Coolum National Park, two world-class golf courses and Sunshine Coast Airport only 10 minutes away. With 5 bedrooms, 3 of the master bedrooms have their own ensuite, and there are separate children’s rooms both upstairs and downstairs. Theatre room with huge projection screen is at the front of the house, and open plan kitchen, living and dining stretch through to the rear with views of, and access to the lake’s edge. Exquisitely equipped with modern appliances and shop-quality fittings throughout you’ll be blown away by this unique villa.
